This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. We keep things minimal and never sell your data.
What we collect
When you contact the studio or place an order, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, shipping address, and message. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to inquiries, fulfil and ship orders, and, if you opt in, to send occasional news about new work. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers
PayPal processes payments and receives the information needed to approve and record a transaction. Studio messages and order notices are relayed through FormSubmit, and the website's hosting provider processes requests needed to operate the site. These providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms. Only the studio and its authorized website administrator, YEG Web Solutions, receive inquiry and fulfilment notices, which can include contact and shipping details.
Storage & retention
The cart and a non-readable checkout reference are stored in your browser. On the server, abandoned or failed checkout details are normally removed after 7 days, interrupted-payment review records after 30 days, and paid or pending, reversed, refunded, or paid-order records after 7 years for fulfilment, accounting, dispute, and legal-record needs. During that retention period, an unresolved claim on a one-of-one artwork keeps it unavailable so it cannot be sold twice. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. PayPal keeps its own transaction records under its policy.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses browser storage to keep your cart and protect checkout retries, and may use analytics to understand which work resonates. PayPal may set its own cookies when its payment buttons load. No personal profiles are sold.
