All artwork, images, and text on this site are the property of Kim Penner and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a work conveys the physical piece only; reproduction rights are retained by the artist. Images may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Because work is original or made to order, an order is confirmed once payment is captured. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a piece becomes unavailable.
Shipping charges
Insured shipping is CAD $50 per order within Canada and to the United States, and local pickup is free. For every other destination, checkout captures the artwork payment first. The studio then confirms the custom insured-shipping cost and sends a separate invoice; the artwork is dispatched after that shipping invoice is paid. Please contact the studio before ordering if you would like the shipping estimate in advance.
Commissions
Commissions are quoted individually and typically begin with a deposit. Details, timeline, and approvals are agreed in writing before work begins.
Liability
Shipping is insured; claims for transit damage are handled per our shipping policy. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the artwork purchased.
