Packing & insurance
Every piece is packed by hand and shipped fully insured. Original paintings are crated or boxed with rigid corner protection; canvas and metal prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size. You will receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.
Rates & delivery
Insured shipping is a flat CAD $50 per order within Canada and to the United States. Local pickup from the Lacombe studio is free. For every other destination, checkout collects payment for the artwork first; Kim then confirms a custom insured-shipping quote and sends a separate shipping invoice before dispatch.
Prints typically ship within 7 to 10 business days; originals and commissions are arranged individually. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Because each work is original or made to order, sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right through the carrier's insurance. Questions before you buy are always welcome, please reach out.
